The following terms and conditions apply to services provided by Emerging You Ltd and Tina Burt.

By asking me to provide the services available you agree to these terms and conditions and any subsequent changes that may occur from time to time

Individual results will vary and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Payment for services is required at the time of the booking of your session through the services page. Payment for any digital items is required at the time of purchase through this site. Coaching Services are provided via zoom at a time that is convenient for both parties. All other services are provided remotely and feedback provided by email or messenger. Digital products are delivered immediately upon receipt of your payment.

Payments are processed via Stripe. Direct credit options prior to a booking is available and account details will be provided upon request.

If you are unable to attend your appointment a notice period of 24 hours is required.
A cancellation fee may apply if less notice or no notice is given.

A receipt can be supplied for your payment on request.

Refunds for services already provided and digital products are not available.
