We all have days where we find ourselves thinking not so good thoughts whether this is ruminating on life or just being a little self-judgemental.
It is part of being human. Next time you notice this try thinking about something that has made you happy or about something that someone else has done that made you feel a sense of how kind that was.

The more you can do this the less time you will spend in your thoughts and you will feel as though you can enjoy the present moment.
Getting out of our heads and into our hearts can seem like an impossible task.
