Gratitude.

It is one of those things that no matter how much (or little) you are grateful for, or how big that is for you just the act of feeling grateful will make you feel better.

It is like seeing someone smile. 

Regardless of how you are feeling usually you will smile in response and then someone will see you and also smile – and so on.  

Sometimes it is difficult to be grateful, especially when we are feeling a little low or unmotivated.

Find something that makes you smile, or something that makes you feel warm, shifts your mood a little and just say thank you.

Just that alone will lift your spirits. And then find the next thing in your day or moment to be grateful for.

They will all add up to create a more magical day for you.
